Review and Critique: Does Your University Provide Adequate Facilities?
As a student, having adequate campus facilities definitely provides a better learning experience. But are the available facilities enough to support students’ needs?

The tuition fee (UKT) that is considered “affordable” can still be burdensome for lower middle class students. A university in a regency in East Java often receives complaints from students due to inadequate facilities. Many students mention limited parking, hot classrooms, and uneven access to technology like Smart Boards and Wi-Fi, which aren't available in every building.
Even though this university has an “excellent” accreditation, it should pay more atention to these issues. With an increasing number of applicants each year, the main challenge include: expanding parking areas, making classrooms comfortable considering that each class often has 30+ students and ensuring smooth internet access at all buildings.
The good news, this situation was happen when I was in my first semester. By my third semester, this excellent university has made significant upgrades. The parking area is being expanded, new buildings are air conditioned and hopefully these improvements will soon reach other buildings. Technology and internet access still need to fixed, as the connection can sometimes be slow when accessing online sites.
All of these improvements take time, but fortunately, the university listens to its students’ concern. With these efforts, the university is expected to see significant quality improvements in the near future.
